Check In: 15:00 hours.
Check Out: 12:00 hours.

Guarantee policy:
A credit card is required in order to guarantee reservation.

Cancellations:
Must cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival date, in order to avoid fee charges.

No shows:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.

Extra person fee:
There’s a $600.00 MXN fee per extra person in the same room.

Children:
11-year-old minors and younger are considered children. 12-year-olds and older pay full rate; 2 children younger than 12 can share the room with 1 adult.

Pets:
Pets areallowed in the Junior Suites as long as you comply with the hotel regulations. It is your responsibility as the pet owner to cover any damage that the pet may cause. There’s a $250.00 MXN fee per night, per pet.

Overbooking policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from INTERNET POWER, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.

The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
